Light on the part of the business that runs in the dark.
“promin” is Ukrainian for промінь — a ray of light. It’s what I shine on the part of your business that runs in the dark.
Why I started promin
Every founder-led company runs two versions of itself — the clean one in the founder’s head, and the real one, where a lead sits unanswered because two people each thought the other owned it. That gap is where money leaks — quietly, never a line item, so it never gets fixed.
I’ve lived that gap myself — as a refugee navigating Germany’s broken rental market, then fixing the same kind of mess at enterprise scale. promin is the method that came out of both: make the work visible, put a euro figure on every gap, then fix only what the math justifies.
Telefónica Germany
Took over a scope six external consultants used to run, and built the RPA automation that took the manual work out of an entire department.
RentAnLive
Built a real-time apartment-search assistant after my own refugee housing search took 26 moves to get right — grew it to 1,000+ users across 15 cities.
Mentor, Berkeley Haas
Mentored founders for the Institute for Business Innovation & Berkeley Fisher Center for Business Analytics — nominated for Best Mentor in the program.
Cool Story
Co-built an AI language-learning platform for Gen Z — TikTok-style content, live AI conversation practice — and won 1st place.
promin
Full-time: operations & automation diagnostics for founder-led B2B companies, 5–50 people.
The name is the method. Nothing I find is invented — it was always there, running in the dark. I just turn the light on.
See your company. Maybe for the first time.
Bring one messy process. In 20 minutes we’ll see whether there’s enough leakage to justify a full diagnostic.
